On Monday:
We Did cooking


On Tuesday:
We did Kitchen management

On Wednesday:
We learnt how to set up for Fine/etiquette dinning and fold nakins..

On Thursday:
We learnt how to clear plates..easy? watch the video..lor

On Friday:
We learnt how to serve drinks..Had a funny scene as my friend said it was easy then right after he said it he drop the serving drinks on my friend look at picture of the club wearing blue same Tee as me 1..he was the victim..but the video couldnt show u la..later hurt his feeling..so the rest was funny too..find me to get the video it's still in tapes..hahas..

ThE pAsT wEeK

Yesh! one full week without a post!
Now for the review..

Hotel management..

Our class was divided into various groups which consist of:

Hairstyling [Joshua Farrock]

Baking

Beautician

Hotel management

Of course i wouldn't say the rest was lousy but mine was the best..

For Monday:

We spent the whole day in school to learn what we were going to do..

Hotel management includes varies activities,

the first was food production so for the morning we learn how to make crepes..

whats crepes? it for me to know and for you to find out..

Of course it involves creativity we were suppose to turn a 50cents cake to a $14.00 cake surprized? Dont be as thats what hotels they do..shhh..

On Tuesday:

We went to SUNSHINE bakeries, comments? boring...as they only allow you to stay at one spot which you can see how they make it, wrap it..and stuff like that and you have to stay there very long..sigh..Theres Free Bread though..

On Wednesday:

We went to this Super SUPREER nice restrant..its sistina..and its not only one but 3 restrants under one boss..Sistina, Michelangelo and lastly Oringinal Sins[100% Vegetarian]..they have a cooking school too!

But i Forgot the name Oops..

Michelangelo..they didnt copy the name of the artist..the owner was Michel and the FAMOUS Chef Angelo open this restaurant..

We Learnt alot and alot of things in the wine seller..it was the best! learning bout wines..

I had sports day too didnt have any live pictures yet but it will be soon so remember to come and check it out..

Trust me the pizza was Delicioso!..

And i Kay Kiang go take out the gauze so the wound didnt heal as fast..SADx..

And ther goes Thursday..

We went to M hotel! If I'm not wrong it used to be Hotel then they lost in a law suit so the had to use M instead

Rock Wall..At where? A gym in the hotel...Lamez..

The only part of the bull that won't be seen in a picture showing off this M hotel..

Bull or Ox..Bull, the bull is for feng shui..as behind theres a plasma TV on the stock Market..if u knw abt it...you would understand..its facing the cross junction road too...

Of course they had freebies too BALLs!

Oh Yesh Before the Singalong Practice we went for bowling yesh..Ashley is Astley he was oo happy that i spelled it correctly so i change lor..

Yes yes i know i know my scores wasn't that good..

But ashley...i meant AsTley he wasn't serious AT ALL..he wasted my friends $ as my friend Treat us to the game ALL 7 of us..including Joshua F.

I went to Church for my singalong Practice and i saw this Van but im sure it doesnt belong to you know who..

And lastly the last and Saddest day has come..The last day we went to a Country Club..!

Don't worry hes not drowning..Behind the fence is where the MP's have their Retreat every year..

This is the only club that has their private beach..

According to our studies of wine this should be 3 litres?

The one with Red T-Shirt Is Milton Monteiro,wonderful wonderful person he taught us every thing he knew..in the class room and the club but not the bakery, hotel and restaurant.

Chak-Neng Shield, Finally

The Chak-Neng Shield is ok finally. When Dennis' uncle brought the faulty Shield back to the shop, they replaced the engraving with no questions asked. They're not so bad after all. It's probably the person, not the shop, that is the problem.

Chak Meng Shield!! So Angry!

Dennis and I are so angry. We went to this shop in Queenway Shopping Centre called Apha Plus Gifts and Souvenirs Pte Ltd (3rd storey) to make the inter-squad games competition shield. It's supposed to be Chak-Neng Shield. It came out as Chak Meng Shield. So angry!


When we went to the shop, there was this guy there, who didn't bother to hide the fact that he wasn't interested in our business. Dennis wrote on a piece of paper what we wanted engraved on the plaque, and passed it to him. That was last Saturday. When his uncle (who has a shoe shop there) went to collect the shield on Monday, the shop assistant (a different girl) told him they lost the piece of paper. And they didn't bother to call Dennis to let him know. So Dennis gave the wordings to her over the phone, and this is how it turned out.

Chak Meng!!! So angry!

Dennis will ask his uncle to bring the shield back to the shop to ask them to correct the mistake. Dennis will also call the shop to give them a piece of of his (and my) mind.

So, spread the word around about the level of service at this shop.

I think many BB companies patronise this shop, as they have the BB logo for engraving. So, anyone from other BB Coys reading this blog, please spread the word around too.

Sunday..

I was all ready to go when all of the sudden i had a stomachache..i told my dad that i didn't think i can go so he asked me to take my medication which the doctor prescribe to me on Monday [look at the post on Monday]..and i juz had 'release' the load in the toilet before this post..

Here's the evidence [not the BIG business]

And that was the reason why im not in church today..
